How long does my order take to ship?
We ship with USPS Ground. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
The Tilted Line currently ships only within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
At The Tilted Line], we want you to be absolutely delighted with your handmade jewelry purchase. If you're not satisfied, please review our policy below and contact us with any questions.
General Return Conditions:
Eligibility Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns and exchanges.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions:
Due to their unique nature, the following items are generally final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective:
Custom or Personalized Items: This includes pieces with specific engravings, names, or custom sizing (e.g., rings outside standard sizes like 5-12).
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final.
Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discount may be final sale.
Return Process & Shipping:

Return Shipping Costs:
Customer's Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs if the return is due to buyer's remorse (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size ordered).
Our Responsibility: We will cover return shipping costs if the item is defective or if there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Packaging and Insurance: When shipping items back, please package them carefully, ideally in their original packaging, to prevent damage in transit. We highly recommend insuring high-value shipments, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.
Damaged or Defective Items:
